Prior to joining TERACAI, he served as regional sales manager at CXtec.
Neubauer is a founding board member of the East Syracuse Minoa Education Foundation, and serves on the marketing committee for the Kara Fund.
He holds a bachelor's degree in marketing from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
He resides in East Syracuse.
